About Us
I am conveniently located between Dallas & Fort Worth, in Grapevine, TX. My expertise is in 1-4 Family Residential, Condominium, and Townhouse, and land appraisals. Prior to becoming an appraiser, I was a Real Estate Broker. My experience in sales has helped in processing the appraisal, especially in knowing what a buyer considers important.

Coverage Areas
Primary counties covered are: Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin Counties. Other counties covered include: Parker, Johnson, Ellis, Rockwall counties.

Qualifications
In 1984, I began my Real Estate career as a Salesman. After the first two years in the business, I decided that I would continue in this career choice. So in December of 1986, I became licensed as a Real Estate Broker. Wanting to continue in this business to a more challenging career, I chose appraising full time in 1987. I have been State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since the license was required in 1991. I am also approved for FHA appraisals by HUD.
